Use this form to request researcher permissions for the experiment participation pool. The faculty supervisor selected below will be asked to approve this request.

If you already have an account as a participant, you can use this form.
If you do not yet have an account and you are a graduate student, post-doc, or staff member that needs to create an account with researcher permissions, you can use this form.
If you do not yet have an account and you are a student who might participate in some experiments in addition to being a researcher, please request a participant account first and then return to this form to request researcher permissions.
